Refund & Return Policy

At Aviora, customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • The product must be in the same condition that you received it

  • Proof of purchase is required

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
